STONE RESIDENCE
New Lake Falls is a beautiful, former logging town roughly 300 miles north of White River City.
Over the years the community has drawn in numerous environmentalists and it is one of the cleanest cities in the nation.
During the 70's, the logging industry was shut down completely due to the diligent and sometimes dangerous work of the New Lake Falls Conservation Club.
Today, the trees are coming back, along with a smattering of cooperative farms, antique shops, and wineries.

Wanda Bright is the only daughter of Phillip and Heidi Bright, born into a working class family in 1930. Her mother was a homemaker, her father, a foreman in a coal mine. Using the settlement money from her father's black lung death, she was able to relocate to White River City in search of work. Wanda gained the affections of a young politician named Maxwell Stone. They quickly married and began their family. Since her husband's death last year she has been seeing all the sites she dreamt of visiting as a child.
