TYMBORLYN
Tymborlyn is a sprawling, 60 acre estate located on the east bank of the White River in White River City.
Patriarch Thadeus Princemoore established Tymborlyn in the 1870s as a residence and base of operations for his businesses. As the family's size and wealth increased, Tymborlyn was developed to include an orchard, wildlife preserve, museum, and park.
Over the years, most of the Princemoore Family has moved off the estate, allowing the White River Historical Society and nearby Princemoore University to handle the property's maintenance.
As of 1986, the only member of the Princemoore Family to remain on the property is Talia Princemoore, widow of Alexander Princemoore, Thadeus's grandson.

Those activities put her in contact with Alexander Princemoore, the man she would eventually marry. After Alexander died in 1962 she focused her energies on philanthropy. Her son, Raymond was murdered in 1972 and Talia made great efforts to have White River City's tallest building named in his honor.
